It's a pain to see such images. In Portugal, we are facing a similar situation in some of the most amazing spots to ride. Although, in a difference panorama, since in some cases, they are destroying the trails to build safe zones for fire fighting. In other cases, they destroy it just because they say it's illegal ( at least from their point of view ) .
And we're using mother nature goods to build the trails, from trees that they destroyed... Yep... correct :) Great video. Can't say it's "WOW" ( i mean, if we look at all the videos, they are very similar ) but great production non the less.
Exercice and body condition are really important ... but it's hard as hell for someone that works at something other than riding bikes ( or something similar ) to have time for this kind of physical condition :)
